Returns Policy

You can return any item purchased on Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) Online Store within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the returns form

  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition unworn and unused, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

  3. Pack the items in a box (or any rigid carton box) and stick your own paid delivery service label on it. We will not be liable for any misplacement of return items and can not guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Liverpool.

  4. Arrange delivery to our warehouse in Liverpool- BAC Manufacturing Centre, Unit 14, Compass Industrial Park, Spindus Road, Speke, Liverpool L24 1YA.

All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow upto 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Before you return your item, make sure that the items are in the same condition you received them in, with the identification tag and seal still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.

We will need tracking information in order to assist with any return to us. If you no longer have this information, please contact the courier directly to see if they can assist you in tracking your return.

Why have I been refunded? I asked for an exchange.

If your requested size/colour is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.
